School Choice? A Video Worth the Watch

Sometimes parents get so frustrated with public schools that they become desperate for solutions.

This is completely understandable. Public, or government-run schools, are declining on multiple fronts, and our kids are not thriving like they deserve to.

Redirecting money from government schools into private and home schools may seem like a logical fix for this problem, but does begging government to save us from government really make sense in this case?

Watch this video. It describes what Utahns are facing right now with HB331, the Hope Scholarship Program bill. Then contact your representative and your senator and let them know to vote “NO” on the bill. When government money follows the student, so do the regulations. And like a stone tossed into a lake, the ripple effect of subsidizing personal choice with public money will reach far beyond its starting point.
